Dr. C. Paige Brainard is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 30 years of clinical experience and a long-standing commitment to advancing women’s health through both private practice and clinical research. A Tucson native, she earned both her B.S. in Nursing and M.D. from the University of Arizona, where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Brainard maintained a thriving private practice at Copperstate OB/GYN from 1994 to 2025, delivering comprehensive care across the full spectrum of women’s health—including high- and low-risk pregnancies, gynecologic surgery, complex robotic procedures, and preventive care. She currently practices as an OB/GYN surgeon and serves as Robotic Coordinator at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

As a Principal Investigator at Del Sol Research Management since 2005, Dr. Brainard has led over 50 clinical trials in women’s health, including studies on contraceptive development, menopause, sexual health, pelvic disorders, endometriosis, and vaccines. Her research also includes published contributions on female sexual arousal disorder and hormone therapies in leading OB/GYN journals.

A nationally recognized robotic surgery proctor and trainer, Dr. Brainard brings surgical precision, compassionate care, and scientific leadership to every aspect of her work. She continues to apply her clinical expertise and research insight to studies that impact the long-term health of women in Arizona and beyond.
